How Students can help with the Spotlight Gala
The Directors will be announcing the information below to their classes.

Volunteer at the Event
Students can sign up to help the day and evening of the Spotlight Gala and earn Service Hours for their work. Due to the size of the event space and number of attendees, we need a limited number of volunteers. Students must sign up to be a volunteer, please do not just show up at the event. The sign up is only available online at www.tinyurl.com/2015SpotlightHelp   Students will get an email confirmation of
job after signing up.

Program Theme Baskets
Another way students can help is to give to their Program's Basket theme. Student can bring in a small item to help fill a basket, to be auctioned off at the event. This idea is to spread awareness of the auction and give students the opportunity of participation. The Directors will be announcing this in their classes. Each Program will have a marked box to leave donations in, located in the Director's classroom. Last day for donations is Thursday, November 12th. This is a student ask, so parents please pass the word along!
