Join Us For Our Garage Sale!!!
Our garage sale vendors are busy organzing and purging their scrapbook supplies!!  They are getting them ready to drop off at the store so we can get everything organized for the BIG SALE!!

We will be transforming our crop space into a huge shopping area.  We will organize all the supplies into sections for easy shopping, but we do anticipate that it is going to be very busy!! 

Read below to find out all the details for our garage sale event!!

- The sale will run on Friday, June 24th from 5pm - 8pm and Saturday, June 25th from 10am - 4pm.  There is a $5 admission charge to shop on Friday evening.  You will be given a coupon for $5 that can be redeemed on garage sale product purchases during the Saturday hours.  This fee is CASH ONLY!!  

- Our store will be closed at 4pm on Friday, June 24th and will re-open at 5pm for the sale.  We will not open the doors early.  Be prepared with your $5 to speed up the entry process.    

- Our crop room will be closed Thursday, June 16th - Thursday, June 30th to prepare for the sale and clean up after.

- We will have 2 cash registers open to serve you as quickly as possible.  We accept CASH ONLY for garage sale items (there is no bank machine in the plaza so come prepared).  If you are purchasing items from our store, you must line up at the regular store register, as they will be processed separately.  

- All items are FINAL SALE.  Two Scrapbook Friends gift certificates will not be accepted as a form of payment for items purchased at the garage sale.

We have some shopping baskets available for your shopping convenience, but we encourage you to bring along a cloth bag in case one is not available for you!!  We ask that you only put items in your bags/baskets that you intend to purchase.  

We also politely request that you be kind to one another and our staff.  It is going to be a crazy, busy time and everyone wants to take advantage of our garage sale. There are plenty of great deals for everyone.  We will be doing our very best to serve everyone as quickly as possible, but please expect there to be line-ups and wait times.

Distress Ink Card Workshop - ONLY 3 SPOTS LEFT!!
Distress inks are one of the most popular inks available and at Two Scrapbook Friends, we LOVE them.  They are so versatile and fun to play with.  We love them so much, we created a class devoted entirely to them :)

You will create 3 different cards using Distress inks......in 3 different ways.  You will work with different types of papers, stamps and dies and learn different techniques that you can use over and over again.

In addition to your basic supplies, students should bring:
  • a small paint brush (to flick water)
  • the following Distress ink colours:  Crushed Olive, Spiced Marmalade, Peacock Feathers and Picked Raspberry (these will be available for purchase the night of the class....$3.50 each)
  • a ink distressing tool (these are available for purchase the night of the class)
  • a black pen/marker for detail

Silhouette Sketch Pen Workshop
Calling all Silhouette users - Cameo & Portrait! We are running our very popular Silhouette Sketch Pen workshop that will show you all the great things that you can do using Sketch Pens with your Silhouette! 

Discover a variety of new crafting possibilities with your Silhouette electronic cutter and sketch pens! These pens fit directly into the blade holder of your Silhouette making it easy to transform any digital design into a work of art.

It is as easy as 1-2-3 to create some amazing things using your Silhouette and their fabulous Sketch Pens. From elaborate designs to journaling, you are guaranteed to love this new addition to your Silhouette!

During this workshop, you will create several projects using the Silhouette Sketch Pens using a variety of different techniques.

We will also be exploring the Silhouette Pen Holder.  This is an add on that allows you to use other pens in your Silhouette (I will be demonstrating using Ultra Fine Sharpies).  These items will be available for purchase the night of the workshop.

You can also do some great things with your fonts too.  We will show you some great tips for your future projects.
