It's time to start preparing for FestiFALL. This is the Chamber's largest event, and is designed to promote local business. Our goal is to bring people from both inside and outside our community to downtown Miami for a day of fun and shopping. Please consider sponsoring the event, as we cannot do it without your support!
The Ottawa County Farmers' Market had an AMAZING start. Mark your calendars for Thursdays from 4-7pm and head to the Episcopal Church at 225 B Street NW. Get there early, as growers were running out of produce and other products. I got honey, squash and some peanut butter cookies! Yummy!!!
The Peoria Tribe is needing volunteers for the Adams Pro Golf Tournament. Please consider helping with this fun event. I did last year and it was a blast! Call Annette Black at 918-541-5460. More information is in this email.

The Suitcase Project
Help support children placed in foster care by donating a new or nearly new suitcase.
Call Teresa Karliskint at 918-533-2656. She will pick-up donated suitcases and deliver them to the Ottawa County Foster Care Unit.
