FINANCIAL RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Purpose
Maintain accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable records for various activities in the real estate office.
 
Responsibilities
  • Generate monthly billings to Real Estate agents for their office expenses and record agent payments
  • Pay authorized expenses for relocation and bank owned properties and record repayments
  • Verify and pay franchise fees
  • Maintain owner and tenant records for agent managed rental properties
  • Record rent collections and pay authorized expenses for agent managed rental properties
  • Record daily commission deposits
  • Initiate utility turn on and turn off requests as directed by agents
  • Order supplies as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn industry specific software - BrokerWolf and PropertyWare.  Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Proven experience in accounting for payables and receivables. Excellent verbal & numerical reasoning, Can do attitude - Positive and personable Innovative and able to challenge existing processes, Ability to prioritize tasks Takes pride in getting things correct and is detail conscious, Enjoys solving problems.
