Hello DVOMB Stakeholders,

Please allow me to introduce myself for those who don't know me.  My name is Chris Lobanov-Rostovsky and I am currently the Program Manager for the Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB).  I am also a past Domestic Violence Offender Management Board (DVOMB) member.    

I am pleased to announce that the Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ) has selected Jesse Hansen, MPA, to serve as the new Program Coordinator to the Domestic Violence Offender Management Board (DVOMB). Jesse brings a wealth of experience in policy, board administration, and knowledge of domestic violence interventions/issues from his current role serving as the staff researcher to the Office of Domestic Violence and Sex Offender Management (ODVSOM). We are confident that his leadership skills and dedication to prioritizing the safety of victims will continue the board's innovative work and forge new pathways for the state of Colorado.

Following the retirement of Cheryl Davis, DCJ made the decision to modify the organizational and staffing structure of the ODVSOM to be more integrated. As a result of this change, I will be supervising the work and staff of the ODVSOM, which includes the DVOMB and the Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB). There were several reasons for making this change that we felt would help the functionality, efficiency and capacity of the staff in ODVSOM.  

Jesse will be assuming many of the duties that were performed by Cheryl Davis starting on July 1st, 2016. Please feel free to contact him to congratulate him on this new opportunity.
