Circles of Trust
Who or what you trust determines what you believe-while other sources are often deemed untrustworthy.
But how do you decide what to trust?
Do we surround ourselves with circles of trustworthy inputs while rejecting other sources out of fear?

SUMMER TGIF/ POTLUCK
More hosts are needed for our Summertime TGIF's!
The "Thank Goodness It's Friday" POTLUCK social gatherings are a way of deepening relationships at our UU Fellowship.
Hosting involves opening your home (or the Fellowship) from 5-7 PM; providing wine, soda, water, plates, cups and napkins. The members, friends, and guests bring the food. The hosts put out a basket for donations to help defray costs.
All are welcome to come, even if you remember at the last minute and can only bring something simple like cheese or a bag of chips. Consider inviting friends who may be interested in joining our Fellowship. TGIF's are a great way for new people to get acquainted.
Please call Jan Taylor at 332-4489, to host (or co-host) one of our well-loved TGIF's.

BOOK CLUB
Tuesday June 28th, 7 pm in the Gallery.
June book is A Chosen Faith by John Buehrens and Forrest Church.
Unitarian Universalism offers an appealing alternative to religions that stress theological creeds over individual conviction and belief. This is a thought-provoking, entertaining book for searchers, newcomers and lifelong learners.

DID YOU MISS PRIDE? NEED A PARADE FIX???
The " Caledonia" Small group ministry is sponsoring a UUFSCC entry in the Aptos 4th of July PARADE on the morning of Monday July 4th 2016!!
Lots of banners, flags and wear our Uufscc T-shirts!
What we need most is people, adults and children to have fun,be silly and show our presence in this community.
The theme this year is " Team up for America" and this will be a good chance to be visible and promote our 150/50 celebration coming up!
Many more details to be worked out. I'm ordering more T-shirts if you need one.
