NFL commissioner Roger Goodell toured the Dallas Cowboys new headquarters in Frisco last Thursday and "was blown away" by the Ford Center at the Star.
Goodell visited The Star on the way back from an NFL Sponsor Summit in Houston.

Tax Ratification Election
Frisco ISD voters will decide in August whether to raise property taxes to fund day-to-day operations of the school district.
During a special meeting, School Board members voted unanimously to set the maintenance and operations tax rate at $1.17 per $100 of tax valuation, an increase of 13 cents from last year's rate. Read More....

Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children
The Dallas-based Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children has started clearing land for its Frisco campus. The Frisco campus, at the northeast corner of Lebanon and the Dallas North Tollway, will be an extension of the original Dallas Campus.
