From local musicians like Sayon Camara and Landaya, whose traditional West African drumming wowed over 350 school age children last week, to the Bay Area based gypsy-jazz band Hot Club of San Francisco, coming soon to kick-off Wassail Weekend events! Hot Club of San Francisco presents Cool Yule on Friday, December 12 at 7:30 pm at Woodstock Town Hall Theatre. Swing into Wassail Weekend enjoying a fresh spin on traditional Yuletide tunes. Known for their joyful stage presence and feel good holiday vibe, this concert has something for everyone!
Saturday, December 13, join our 13th Annual Holiday House Tour. The 2014 House Tour features a taste of Woodstock past and present. In addition to visiting five lovely homes, fully decorated for the season, there will music featuring some of the area's most notable musicians.
We close the weekend with the 30th Annual Messiah Sing, conducted by Louis G. Burkot, Sunday, December 14, at 4:00 pm at Woodstock's Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church. This event is free and open to the public (donations welcome).
