Join fellow Downton Abbey fans in celebrating the show and supporting the continuation of the masterpiece on SDPB at this statewide afternoon tea. Attending in Downton Abbey themed costumes is encouraged, but not required. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume. Enjoy a cup of tea and watch a preview screening of Downton Abbey's Season 5 premiere.

All age groups are welcome to come learn how to walk in snowshoes. It is a great workout that is as easy to learn as walking. Enjoy taking in the winter scenery of Richmond Lake as you hike through Forest Drive on snowshoes.

Come out and enjoy a free day of skating courtesy of the Aberdeen Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department. At the Odde Ice Arena, there will be free admission and skate rentals during regular hours 3:45 - 6:15 p.m. At the Lincoln and Manor Outdoor Ice Rinks, there will be free skate rentals and free hot chocolate from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m.

The open house includes viewing three model train layouts running on three different scales. There are long freight trains with some over 80 cars long. Club members will be present to help with any model railroad questions.
