The St. Bridget Giving Tree is surviving the winter, with a few snowflakes to prove it! If you haven't picked from the Tree, please take a moment to review the simple requests from our teachers and staff, for items that make their jobs a bit easier within their classrooms. You can pick an Apple, and give it to Mrs. Feeney, with a check made out to the St. Bridget PTO (memo: Giving Tree) and the item will be purchased and forwarded to the grateful teacher or staff member. Thank you for considering a gift from the Giving Tree!
From the Student Council: With Valentine's Day occurring the day we get out for February Vacation the Student Council is sponsoring two events:
- Friday February 13th: will be a red/pink/ white dress down day. $1 is requested.
- Also All classes are asked to create Valentine's Day cards for the seniors at Bethany House. These cards should be sent to the office by Tuesday, February 10th
Thank you all, The Student Council
This Year's theme of Catholic Schools week promotes some of the basic tenets of Catholic education: Faith, Knowledge and Service. As always, Saint Bridget School continually strives to provide our students and families with a community that nurtures both academics and faith formation. As parents, you have an opportunity to show off that community spirit. We are asking ALL parents and staff to participate in the Annual Fund Drive. Our goal for this year is $45,000. Flyers were send home via backpack and all donations count to towards this % drive.
If you have already supported us your % counts as well and a family donation covers all children's classroom participation %'s! Prizes will be awarded to the class with the highest participation.
