Large Scale Vermicomposting: a value-added farm process
The Women in Agriculture Network (WIA) is hosting a workshop/workday to learn from Amy Freeman and Jesse Raudenbush about the design, care and implementation of a healthy vermicomposting system. This managed composting method utilizes earthworms to efficiently process organic waste material, converting it into a 100% natural fertilizer and soil amendment for use in crop production. Grab a shovel and Dig In!
