With so many images coming up in my social media newsfeeds of kids plastic drink bottles riddled with mould is enough to make me throw all of my kids drink bottles out. Bounce Fit
I stand out the front of Bounce at Tingalpa ready to walk in for a session with my friend.
The only "bouncing" I have done since having two children are brief stints on our trampoline and going to the rescue at kids' bounding world.
I have a multitude of panicked thoughts going through my head! How on earth will I do this for 45 minutes? How will my bladder cope? (TMI?) How much will my bits wobble? No way can I do what the people on the instructional video do!
