THANK YOU TO OUR CONFERENCE
HOSTS
HealthCorps and CHPS are this year's conference hosts and, well, we couldn't do it without them! HealthCorps' vision is to lead a nationwide movement toward a new generation of healthy young people through an innovative in-school model that inspires teens to make healthier choices for themselves and their families. The Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) is leading a national movement to improve student performance and the entire educational experience by building the best possible schools.
