A big thank you goes out to United Way of the CSRA for coordinating a community-wide day of service for non-profits with local companies. Southeastern Firefighters' Burn Foundation (SFBF) truly appreciated the hard work and generous resources from the employees of Fibrant.

Board Member Spotlight
Jane Echols, VP of Burn Services, Doctors Hospital
As a burn nurse, Jane knows first hand the integral role the Burn Foundation plays in assisting patients and their families. "I am so impressed with the Chavis House, meals, transportation, and a host of discharge needs, including medications and anti-scarring garments, that are routinely provided by the Foundation," shared Jane. As a member of the Board of Directors Jane wants to share her knowledge of the burn care services and needs of burn patients and their families. Jane plans to be an active participant in the activities that are sponsored by the Foundation and empower the staff of the Burn Center to do the same. Jane and her husband, Glen, have been married 29 years and have three adult children.
