Busy Weekend!
This weekend people of our community will be in two distinctly different ministry settings. Camp MountainGlory is celebrating its 20th year of family camping. This week the folks at Camp MountainGlory have been intentionally focusing on the person and work of the Holy Spirit.
Also this weekend, a large component of St. John's is worshipping at Emmaus Lutheran Church in the Highlands. This Denver congregation is considering passing the baton of ministry to St. John's. They will hold a vote in early July as to giving their facility to St. John's for multisite ministry.
Whether you're worshipping at Camp MountainGlory, at Emmaus or at St. John's, have a blessed Sunday!

Important Note about St. John's Electronic Giving
We are switching our electronic giving solution from PushPay to SubSplash, the maker of our "St. John's Denver" app. SubSplash Giving has many of the same features as PushPay, but it will
save St. John's $100 a month
and it willintegrate better with our app. We encourage you to sign up at
http://Give.StJohnsDenver.org
or open the "St. John's Denver App," push the top-left menu and select "Giving" to get started. We've been individually contacting our PushPay users and we hope to have everyone moved off of PushPay by tonight, June 12. We know that switching may be a small hassle for you, so we want to thank you for helping us out. Thank you for giving to the glory of God and in support of the ministries of St. John's! We appreciate your generosity! Questions? Contact
[email protected]

Youth Group News
5th-8th-grade youth group
One of the toughest parts of being young is feeling like you don't count yet, like you can't be heard or respected or even helpful until you're older. And it's frustrating because deep down it feels like that shouldn't be true, like there's something wrong with that system. If you've ever felt that way, you're in good company. As we take a look at two letters from the New Testament written to a young church leader named Timothy, we find out
how
to keep anyone from looking down on us just because we are young. Wednesday 5:30-7:00pm.
W.H.A.T. (9th-12th grades)
We'll be getting back into the Word this week for a new study. We will also be breaking in our summer in the best way we know how... kiddie pool kickball! Bring your beach towel and a Bible! See you Sunday night down in the Youth Room!
Wash n' Worship---Car Wash June 19th
The youth attending the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans this summer still have funds to raise and we know dads would appreciate a clean car on this day! During church
on Sunday morning,
June 19th from
8:00am- 12:00pm, park down by the basketball courts and we'll wash as you worship. This is a service of the youth group but we will gladly accept freewill donations. Get those cars dirty and we'll see you
June 19th.
Burritos and Cinnamon Rolls---June 26th
This is the final fundraiser for the 20 of us heading to New Orleans for the 2016 National Youth Gathering. We will be selling breakfast burritos and fresh baked cinnamon rolls from
8:30-11:30am. Breakfast Burritos will be $20 each and cinnamon rolls will be $10 each. Get both for $25! I know this isn't much of a deal but the goal is to get these youth to a weeklong experience with Christ. Come help support us and leave a delicious breakfast to us!
Check out the Youth Page on the website for more youth stuff
or contact Matt!
