June 2016
Loveland City Schools District used a District Priority Grant to purchase recycling containers for its  football stadium.

Could your school benefit from one of our 2017 District Priority Grants? We are especially interested in projects related to these three topics:
  • Public recycling
  • Waste reduction/reuse
  • Food rescue
This is a great opportunity to fund things like outdoor recycling bins, durable tableware and trays for your cafeteria, or a school sharing table and food donation program to rescue excess food from landfill disposal. We are happy to talk with you about any of your ideas for a grant project.

Email  Cher Mohring or call 513-946-7737 for more information.  Applications are due September 30, 2016.

Need Help with Your School Recycling Program?

The Hamilton County Recycling and Solid Waste District has indoor recycling containers and even a few large rolling carts as pictured here. The carts are free and available on a first-come-first-served basis while supplies last. Email Cher Mohring or call 513-946-7737 if you'd like containers or a cart for your school or want other help to make your recycling program the best it can be.
