Olympic Celebration for All!

Forty six years ago I marched into the opening ceremonies of the XIX

Olympic Games in Mexico City, preparing to swim in the 1968 Olympics. The feelings of excitement and recognition were overwhelming. To be welcomed on to the world stage of performance, knowing that people were watching from around the world with appreciation was exhilarating. The camaraderie and bonding with other athletes from every country was special and the joy of the festivities felt nearly out of this world.

Now almost half a century later, watching the Opening Ceremonies at the Sochi Winter Olympics, the same feelings of happiness and excitement return. However, after all these years of living since my first experience, I have a new sense about the opening ceremony. It regards a recollection of all these wonderful feelings recurring again and again during big moments of my lifetime. Whenever I have resolved an important challenge, or triumphed over something that was difficult, the same exhilaration comes back into my life. In the moment of watching the athletes in Sochi, so full of accomplishment and rejoicing I realized that we can all have these same feelings, even though it may not be at the Olympics.

When each of us has the opportunity to achieve a goal that is meaningful, no

matter how obscure, we have an entire stadium cheering us on. More people than we know and all of our spiritual family are always around us supporting our wins in Life. So the next time you do something big, when you accomplish a meaningful goal in life, envision yourself parading into an Olympic Opening Ceremony with millions cheering you on, and rejoice!!

We have spent a great deal of time and care putting together our itineraries for travel to Bolivia and Peru, countries that carry the spirituality and mysticism of the great Andes Mountains, Lake Titicaca, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, the City of Light. We are very excited about our guides and our prices!

Leading us throughout Bolivia is Rosse Mary Vargas Vilela, an Elder, wisdom keeper from Bolivia. She will not only share her spiritual knowledge with us, but as we travel through her country, she will introduce us to special ceremonies, the Bolivian culture and her beautiful fellow-country people. Our extension to Peru will cover Cusco, Machu Picchu and many

sacred places in-between, throughout the Sacred Valley. During our journey there, we will rely on different guides who understand the spiritual significance of the sites. We will also work with some of the local shaman who perform genuine traditional ceremonies, providing guidance and blessings for you. Cost for the Peru extension: $1,870.00. To be in the human experience is to have the opportunity to bring into reality your many gifts. Perhaps your gift is to be a "door opener" for

others, to bring them new awareness or insight into their lives by sharing your life experiences and inspiring them. Or, your gift may be to be a bridge builder, helping others to walk with courage across a new path; bringing people from diverse backgrounds and with unique tendencies together to make a design that is more whole and complete by the combining of their differences and strengths. Perhaps your gift is to notice the beauty and tenderness of the people around you and, like the conductor of a great symphony, blending and creating with others, inspirations and creations for the world to enjoy.
