Change your smoke detector batteries when you "fall back"
Daylight Saving Time ends at 2:00 am on Sunday, November 2. As long as you're resetting your clocks, it's a great time to change the batteries in your smoke detectors. The last thing you want is to find out your batteries are dead by having a fire in your home or office and the detector fails to warn you!
