Capital Metro This Weekend: Special Events and Detours
August 30-Sept. 1

UT Football Season Begins, 8/30

Due to the University of Texas Football Games on August: 30, September 6, October 4 & 18 and November 8 & 27, 2014, the MLK, Jr. and San Jacinto area will be affected from start of service until end of activities.

The following routes will be detoured: 7, 10, 18, 20, 37, 100, 412.

Tri Rock Austin Detours, 9/1

Due to the Tri Rock Austin on Labor Day, September 1, 2014, the Ann Richards Bridge, Congress Ave. S.1st Bridge, and west Cesar Chavez area will be affected from start of service until about 2:30 p.m.

The following routes will be detoured: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 30, 37, 100, 801, and 803.

Capital Metro Service Information for Labor Day, 9/1

On Monday, Sept. 1, Capital Metro will operate its Sunday bus schedule in observance of Labor Day. There will be no MetroRail, Night Owl, UT Shuttle or E-Bus service.

Riders may catch their bus at any stop along detoured routes.
