(Sacramento, CA. - November 12, 2014) Thanks to the generosity of Motorcar Parts of America (MPA) and their President Selwyn Joffe, CAWA replenished its scholarship fund by $22,000 during Industry Week in Las Vegas. MPA underwrote the annual CAWA dinner where funds are raised exclusively to award future scholarships to students in California, Nevada and Arizona. "Mr. Joffe has stepped up the last five years to support our annual event and we are very appreciative of his support and that of MPA and all their associates", said CAWA President & CEO, Rodney Pierini. He went on the say that "this is the Association's major fundraising event during the year and without the support of MPA, CAWA would not realize the amount of revenue raised to replenish its scholarship fund".
