Frank26: How about the HCL....how about the AML....how about the DL....yeah we are getting all of these....good....good....and by the way Family the Deposit Law is in the Gazette....but it is not activated yet.
You know what the Deposit Law really boils down to....it is really like the FDIC law....you see the reason you feel comfortable in taking your money into American banks is that they guarantee your money in case they should lose it or have it stolen.....so if a country comes into Iraq....internationally...they bring in their supplies, their equipment, employees, everything including their money...and if they deposit it with Iraqi banks....
there better be some type of insurance.....to back up that money.....and that is what this Deposit Law is all about....and I like it a lot.

The Central Bank said in a statement received/balance of news, copy, "citizens and merchants who pay more than $ 1200 dinars for a dollar that they purchased from banks or Exchange ausharkat conversion companies in cash or money orders or documentary credits, a complaint to the Central Bank with payment", stating that he "will pay the difference to the buyer by the Central Bank and taking account of the seller.

The Central Bank of Iraq, on Monday, a decision which the sale of the US dollar in the local market price set at 1200 dinars after it reached its prices to 1300 during the last few weeks.
In a statement issued by the Bank of citizens and merchants who pay more than the amount of 1200 dinars to the dollar , and who have purchased from banks or remittance companies or exchange companies with cash or money orders or letters of credit to make a complaint to the Central Bank reached with the payment terms of the increase will be paid by teams to the buyer by the bank and deducted from the vendor 's account.
