President's Message

Dear Members and Friends,

Summertime is here! What a GREAT first five months of the year.  Our programs have been outstanding - record breaking attendance at the monthly luncheons...informative Young Professionals programs...our first satellite program in Plano...an excellent Executive Conversation...and invaluable Mentor/Mentee networking. Kudos to Tara Dunn, Stephanie Brigger, Kat Watson, Alicia Peoples, Mary Kardell and Meagan Burton for providing leadership for these programs.

A major thank you to Larry Bisno, Chair, and Jane Costello, Co-Chair, for a very successful 2016 DFW Philanthropy Conference. What a fabulous opportunity for fundraisers in North Texas and beyond to participate in one of the best philanthropy conferences in the country. Contact Jane at  [email protected] if you are interested in volunteering for the 2017 DFW Philanthropy Conference.

I hope to see you at our monthly luncheon (note the special date of June 15th) featuring Brent Christopher. Here's to the next seven months of outstanding AFP programs.

Have a wonderful summer!
