Three Thursdays: September 15, 29, & October 13; 6:30 pm - 8 pm
As we offer support in our families, communities, and professional work, it’s not uncommon to experience compassion fatigue.
We run out of steam by giving all of ourselves without checking in on how we feel and what we might need. Most of us recognize the importance of self-care, but finding ways to unplug and recharge can feel easier said than done.
In this 3-part series, we’ll explore how best to discern what we most need to stay fulfilled and whole, and how we can find renewal amidst our busy lives in order to sustain our work in the world.
Join us to learn some useful tools and have opportunities for reflection and conversation.
