EAGLE SCOUT RECOGNITION CEREMONY
Come celebrate the 2015/2016 Eagle Scout Class with friends, family and leaders. This year's class is named in honor of Larry Gellerstedt, III.
 
All Scouts who attained the rank of Eagle Scout from June 1, 2015-June 1, 2016 are invited to come and be recognized. The ceremony will take place on June 12, 2016 at the Buckhead Theatre at 3 PM.

NATIONAL JAMBOREE
Boy Scouts and Venturers: Don't miss out on the biggest adventure Scouting has to offer in 2017! Experience hundreds of adventures, meet Scouts from across the nation and get ready for a once in a lifetime opportunity. 
 
Registration is now open for Youth and Adult Participants.

NATIONAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP TRAINING [NYLT]
Have new Patrol leaders in your units? Get them to NYLT! National Youth Leadership Training teaches young people about leadership and running a Troop or Crew. This training is for Boy Scouts and Venturers and is held right here at home at Bert Adams Scout Camp.
 
Space is still available in the final summer session, but is filling up fast!

EAGLE SCOUT EARNS EVERY MERIT BADGE
It is an incredible accomplishment to earn the rank of Eagle Scout, but it is awe-inspiring to meet a Scout who has earned every single merit badge available to Boy Scouts.
 
Michael Gustafson, of Troop 241, was honored by the City of Canton Mayor Gene Hobgood in recognition of his great accomplishment.

DUTY TO GOD ENCAMPMENT
A Scout is Reverent. Join us for the Duty to God Encampment this fall for a weekend full of fun, service and worship on September 23-25, 2016.
 
Bring your Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Venturers to get started earning their religious emblem and take part in a Messengers of Peace service project.
