The morning session provides you with a state-approved seminar to fulfill the three-hour mandatory education provision for new notaries that include Notary Public law, seven notarial powers, notarial seal and register, electronic notarization and acceptable forms of identification.  The afternoon session will discuss problem documents, wills, powers of attorney, deeds and mortgages.  Black lights included for each student.  (6 clock hours)
