OMEGAMAN RECAP BY ELAU: Jon, the IMF had the Funds for the Credit Lines (trade programs and H bonds redemption) on Admin Hold, all funds for the transactions globally are been on and then off and again on Admin Hold , waiting on stand by for the GOI to be officially seated, hence it's the trigger for ALL events, ( Heritage Assets, GCR, RV) since all it's linked. Once GOI seated ( expected 9/4/14) , IMF will release the funds, and we will see the rates going LIVE ( Bank screens and Forex )

Tlar: Don't be so hard on the intel folks. In the overall picture most of the information is correct.

Timing may be off but when you're dealing and depending on Iraqi's and all the moving parts involved in this deal, things can change or stop on a dime.

We are so close now that if you step too fast you will get it on your shoe. I apologize for the Tuesday prediction but RV stopped for selfish motives. They have reset the date and it won't be long now.

I am now out of the exact date business because I learned a very valuable lesson.

That lesson is that of all the moving parts involved in this, there is a number of individuals that can delay this with a phone call. Blue you are correct in my opinion.

Not everybody in our government has our best interest at heart. I did not understand this as a potential in the mix. Call me naive.tlar

-Blue, you know that I don't believe in coincidences only timing. Many believe that the security situation in Iraq is not conducive to suddenly having a major change in the currency (RV) and that global countries will be very hesitant to go in and start their contracted projects out of fear. I don't blame them..

That said and these are just my opinions,

-1st -- with the signing of the anti-terrorist agreements, I believe this is what allows NATO to go into Iraq in the first place and as far as we know they might be joining NATO in some capacity at the meeting this week...

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. bank regulators plan to adopt on Wednesday rules forcing big banks to hold more assets that they could sell easily in a credit crunch, a requirement that is closely linked to the experience of the 2007-2009 financial crisis.

Regulators also will unveil a separate proposal governing how much money swaps buyers and sellers must set aside when they make trades outside central clearing houses.

The rules from the Federal Reserve, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp (FDIC) and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) are part of a series of reforms aimed at making banks sturdier and heading off another economic meltdown.

Greetings KTFA Family..........

There are many signs to the end of our investment Family. On Monday and Tuesday's CC we gave you many examples of these signs. M's PM power can now be measured in hours.

Abadi was asked by the President to select and seat a unified and justified GOI. He has until the 10th to do this......if he does not.........the consequences are that the President can replace Abadi as the new PM because he failed to form the government.

Our last two CC's proved that this government has been meeting in secret for a long time now passing laws. So IMO........Abadi is safe holding on to his PM position.

How you Makin it? I want to brief everyone on where we are at...........

Well as we know Maliki is gone just like I said.... We are still waiting on the GOI to form and when it forms we will be done within 2 day or before....

Since this is event driven you can read the articles from there and they will tell you when the GOI plans to be put together.....Now the only thing that we can say is a back date is the 9th of Sept....

Why well by Iraq constitution Abadi only has 30 days to put the GOI together... and he will not go past the constitution if he does not put together the GOI the PM goes to the next largest block to do that.......

I will open this summary up with just a couple of thoughts....my own of course.....be keenly on the watch for what ever Maliki might be up to in these last days or hours of his reign as Prime Minister....I do not believe he will simply fade into the sunset....he has had too great a taste of the power to let it simply slip through his hands. I pray he does the right thing and does just let go....but his past speaks loudly of the potential for other things to happen.

Nassif: government negotiations ended and all the blocks provided the names of candidates for the ministries

Abadi got the list of names from all the political blocs.....now he is working fast and furious to pull together his "list" of what he feels are those qualified and exemplary from their past efforts in their respective areas of expertise who can assist him in running the Iraqi government for the coming years.....he has a few days yet before the deadline given to him by their Constitution to form his government.....the coming days and hours should be most interesting.

RV will be announced and carried by major TV networks.

Thanks to my adviser who called it on June 13th that the RV would be September 6-7.

Time to hoist a new flag in our lives and start celebrating the upcoming blessing from our Heavenly Father...Blessings

Hi Everyone,

I come to you today to give you a recent update on the election process and how this relates towards the international rollout of the IQD for Iraq.

Note: If you have not read my previous news letter from Tuesday 9/2, I encourage you to first read it (LINK). Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process.

Today's News

Today is Wednesday 9/3 and we still look forward to the "formal" announcement of the fully formed government of Iraq.

The National Alliance in the early hours of Tuesday morning, yesterday, said in a statement to the press in Iraq that the next few days will see the choice of ministerial cabinet; it will be presented to the House of Representatives, and they will vote on them. This coming announcement will include the Prime Minister, the names of his deputy and vice president of the House of Representatives and the Republic, as well as all the names of his ministries. Then it is final. Then they can get down to work.

I DEDICATE THIS POST TO MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER KELLY WHO WAS VOTED THE MOST VALUABLE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR ON HER COLLEGE TRACK TEAM.

SHE SET A NEW INDOOR RECORD FOR HER SCHOOL IN THE TRIPLE JUMP AND A PERSONAL BEST TIME RUNNING ANCHOR ON THE 400 METER RELAY AS WELL AS HER TEAM.

KELLY WAS AWARDED THE NAIA SCHOLAR ATHLETE AWARD WITH A GPA OVER 3.5. THE INTENSITY KELLY DISPLAYED DEMONSTRATED HOW WE ALL SHOULD FINISH OUR RACE STRONG !!

THE RACE MOST OF US HAVE BEEN IN HAS BEEN A RACE TO SIMPLY FINISH !

THIS HAS BEEN A GRUELING RACE FOR A TRADER THAT LIKES TO BE IN OPTION TRADES THAT MAY CHANGE DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY, QUARTERLY AND RARELY SEMI-ANNUALLY. WOW !

THE REALITY IS, THE MORE I LEARNED THE MORE I KNEW THIS HAD ONLY ONE CONCLUSION. THE ONLY QUESTION WAS WHEN?
