Our Gifts

Walking through the mountains this morning brought an

exuberance of many dimensions. Not only were the butterflies everywhere, celebrating the day, but the bright colors of the yellow and blue flowers were beyond imagination. The perfume of the pines mixed with wild cherry blossoms and sage filled the air and made me realize once again, what a gift my life is! Enjoy and be happy the Elders teach us, and there is more.

Above my desk is a saying by his Holiness, the Dalai Lama: "We are visitors on this planet for 90 or 100 years. During that period we must try to do something useful with our lives. If you contribute to

other people's happiness, you will find the true meaning of life." This grew in meaning for me as I traveled through Greece with Dr Jean Houston, one of the founders of the human potential movement. She taught many things during those 2 weeks, but what was reinforced for me was that we can each be so much more. When we look at the positive side of what we can do and add in the element of courage to step up, together with an unfaltering love for others, we can all together create an amazing place to live on Earth. And she is doing this, by helping others all the time to become the best that they can be. She always says YES!

You have a path, predestined for you to be amazing. Listen inwardly

and you will know what it is. If you can think it, you can perform it, there is a way, believe in yourself, and have courage. Go forward in love because ultimately love means caring for each person on earth. These are a few of the things that I learned from my Epic Journey to Greece with DrJean Houston.

Orange Grove farmed by the Children
IN BHUTAN

UPDATE:

We have heard back from the Principal of the school in Bhutan that they have received the funds we sent. This will be enough money to carry the school lunch program for several months!!

He says that in an effort to create sustainability, they have now have plans to grow an orange grove and create a chicken farm. These projects will be tended to by the elementary school students! From these 2 projects, they will be able to feed the children and sell some organic produce to buy books and other necessities.

Thank you!! We have been able to collect the first $1,000.00 and send it to the adorable elementary school children in Bhutan. Now they will have lunch for a few months, which will help them to get through the school day without being hungry! I am proud to be a part of such a giving community.

Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley: Oct 25 - Nov 2.

Extension to Lake Titicaca Nov 2 - Nov 7

Extension to Tiwanaku: Nov 7 - Nov 10

October 25, 2014 Saturday: Fly to Lima.

Peru, Sacred Valley section of the trip:

Sunday, Oct 26 - Sunday, Nov 2, 2014.

During these 8 days we will explore the ancient Crystal City of Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, with its 95 places of power, the Solar City of Cusco, considered the navel of ancient civilization in the Andes and the sacred Temples in and around all these areas. We will have guided tours, ceremonies, with both private time and meditation time. We will be with the local people and enjoying the breathtaking scenery.

November 2, Sunday:

Today, you can opt to leave for home by flying out of Cusco, to Lima and home that night. Or you can come on the extension to Lake Titicaca, considered the womb of Mother Earth and the seat of the feminine polarity of the planet. If you chose to continue with us, we will leave Cusco in the morning, arriving in Chucuito on the shores of Lake Titicaca in the late afternoon, after driving through the High Plateau, called the grandest natural altar on planet Earth. We will stop at wonderful places along the way.

Lake Titicaca Extension: Nov 2, Sunday - Nov 7, Friday.

During this week, we will visit the Uros Islands, Amantani

Island, the Amaru Portal, Copacabana, The Islands of the Sun and Moon... some of the most sacred places in the Andes. We will spend a few nights out on the islands with the

villagers where there is no electricity, just the sacred lake, the mountains and the amazing sky! On Lake Titicaca we will have special ceremonies and fall in love with the energy of the people, the sacred islands and the wonderful Lake Titicaca.

November 7, Friday: Today you can leave from Copacabana for the airport in Juliaca, fly to Lima and home that night; or you can continue on to the Tiawanaku extension with us.

Nov 7, Friday - Nov 10, Monday: Extension to Tiawanaku.

It is silly to be in Bolivia without visiting the amazing site of Tiawanaku. So we are offering a short extension for those who cannot resist the opportunity. We will stay one night in La Paz, the City of Peace and 2 nights in Tiawanaku, visiting the ancient Temples and even a Holy Spring there. On the Nov 10, we will leave for Juliaca, fly to Lima, then catch the evening flt home.

Beloved Ones,

In your creation, time is a useful tool. As the seasons change, offering their

precious gifts to the Earth and to all, they bring balance and harmony. The snows of winter, turn to water, helping to create spring flowers blooming on the trees, and the trees buds evolve into ripening fruit.

Time, seen as a helpful friend, brings relaxation, which allows for ease within you and ease in the world around you. If you let the wave wash upon the shore, without feeling the need to swim out and push it in, you can find more

comfort and peace by simply attuning to the rhythms of the waves and the cycles of life. Trust that the next wave will come, followed by another. By choosing to be in a space of relaxation, all that you are seeking to experience comes to you more easily. Rest in the knowledge that the seed is growing, that time is a friend to you.

Enjoy every moment, being present means being able to receive the gift of the eternal now. The circle of life wraps its energy around you, as a loving
