The People

Today we have gathered and we see that the cycles of life continue. We have been given the duty to live in balance and harmony with each other and all living things. So now, we bring our minds together as one, as we give greetings and thanks to each other as people.

Traveling through the Andes with Jorge Luis Delgado, author of Andean Awakening, healer and teacher of the Andean cosmovision was an amazing education, every minute, everyday!

According to the Andean legends, the time of Pachacuti has arrived. This means the "turning of the world"... a new state of truth and an elevated consciousness for humanity. In the Andes Mountains lie powerful nurturing energies. Many people are going to visit the Andes because it is helping them to gain a certain level of harmony in their lives; thoughts become more clear and people are lifted to a higher sense of honesty with themselves.

According to the ancient Inca philosophy, we are all Children of the Sun, living on Earth to evolve ourselves. The goal in the Andes is to transform yourself into a Light Being! One can accomplish this through LOVE, which is a common theory throughout world religions. However, with the feminine energies in the Andes, it can all happen more easily. We met and worked with a few shaman who were loving and eager to help us in this regard.

At Machu Picchu, which is full of crystals, with lights everywhere, there is a special code of teachings that helps you to learn to live in an elevated dimension. The temples there are directly related to the four elements, with messages and signals everywhere. It is possible to integrate with these energies 

The Air element helps you work with your head and your thoughts: what do you want to accomplish?

The Fire element encourages you get to your heart where you can reach a vibration that breaks through your thoughts and helps you to realize what it is that you really want.

The Water element keeps you humble, because it is not easy to go against the current; but more important to go with the circumstances of your life and to stay in harmony with the process.

The Earth element allows you to work within time and space of the third dimension. But how connected are you to the spiritual information? Actually, you will find that it is all everlasting; there is no time and space!

Everything at Machu Picchu is like a code, so clear for people with their eyes and hearts open. This is what Jorge Luis Delgado showed us at Machu Picchu.

After a long flight, Narayan and I are now in Kathmandu, Nepal. Narayan took me to various hospitals he is involved with.

Checking in to the Hospital

There was a school trip to the hospital when we visited. Everyone comes to get checked out, even if they are healthy. It is a special event when an American doctor comes by, and the doctor on our trip, Nicole, has treated around 300 patients already! Narayan says that the local people attribute American doctors with a sort of magic--when the white doctor touches them, they suddenly feel much better.  

 

The man, the myth, the legend
Narayan is a celebrity here. At customs, a custom agent brought us directly through, skipping the long lines. There was a little crowd to greet him, and people bow for his blessing. It is clear that he has an impact in this area, but it's nothing compared to the rural areas that had absolutely no hospital systems until Narayan arrived. I'm looking forward to seeing those towns that Helping Hands has helped the most. 
The big city

Tomorrow we are off to Khandbari, Narayan's home village where his many projects started. I have been filming a lot, and getting some beautiful footage. 

I'll keep you updated on the trip with pictures and videos, if Narayan gives me any time to slow down and edit a video... we haven't stopped moving since we arrived.

receives letters from students in Bhutan!

Students from Wolathang Primary School in Bhutan (where English is the second language) have sent letters to their sister school, Ryan Elementary in Lafayette, Colorado.
Here is a letter from Kinley Choden, 
Grade 5.

Dear Friends of Ryan Elementary School,

How are you all? I hope you are fine and studying hard for your exam. I am also studying hard. My name is Kinley Choden. I am 10 years old. I am in Class 5. I come from far village. Your school and our school is sister. In our school we have class pp to class 6. Today I am very happy because we are making sister. When is your exam. Our school exam is in November 29. Thank you for supporting our school. Thank you for all. I want to listen about your school. Best of luck in your exam to you all.

The town of Lafayette, Colorado was approached by the students of Ryan Elementary for help in their support of their sister school in Bhutan. The town contributed $500.00 and so the students at Ryan are now able to send an addition sum of almost $1,000.00 to help their friends in Bhutan. GOOD NEWS!! Thank you to all!!!
