Our two Democratic Presidential candidates are continuing their battle for the nomination as the Democratic Party's Presidential candidate.  One will prevail, but the closer we come to the Democratic Party's convention, the race is becoming more vitriolic.  My sincerest hope is that the vitriol does not split our party such that we do not garner sufficient votes to maintain the presidency.

On another note, the presumptive Republican Party candidate has been changing his positions on just about everything that he has espoused as the bases of his candidacy.  He walked back some of his extreme positions, and in the same interviews espoused them again.
