Tlar:   Overall I think these gals are right on the basic scenario.  I too am a firm believer that all the stalling , the stop and go, is over at this point.  I think that the basic holdup over the last month has been that they are so close to the new accounting period (Jan 1st) that they had decided to wait.  

Through the years the CBI has said that the ideal time is to start on a new calendar year so it would not surprise me if that is what they are going to do.  We know they are ready because they have said they were ready.  

We know they have minted the fils because they told us thy minted the fils.  We can assume that the smalls are printed because they just went through a major printing but so far have released only the replacement notes, not the new smalls. 

 We also know based on what the CBI told us that they will delete the zeros even if the budget is not done, but will do it when the time is right.

Millionday: Hussein al-Tamimi Tgb after the International Monetary Fund forecast the Iraqi economy shrink 0.5 percent because of what the country is going through as a result of the repercussions of terrorism Aldaasha, economic affairs experts downplayed the impact of the downturn in the economy,

 especially after the agreement with the Kurdistan region and the addition of 550 000 barrels of crude oil to Iraqi exports. 

The International Monetary Fund said in a press release that he is expected to contract by Iraq's economy, which depends mainly on oil 0.5 percent this year, far less than the previous forecast of the Fund two months ago contraction of 2.7 percent.

Millionday: After talks with Iraqi officials confirmed it is expected that oil production up to 3.3 million barrels per day in 2014, up from 3.1 million in 2013 with exports continued at levels in 2013 amounting to 2.5 million barrels per day.

Also, there was still no plausible reason for delaying this through the holidays other than some reference to greedy bankers taking well lavished vacations. That is believable as they can afford to blow off a month in destinations only a few can imagine or even afford.

Comments regarding the ultimate importance of projects over people who have waited for over 20 years to receive their alleged "wealth" were also dismissed by most. People want their PP and F&P. They want a better life. They want to help out friends, family members, churches, missions and other charities. That is every bit as important if not more so than all the "projects." We live on that level. Cleaning up planet earth is extremely important, but addressing people's needs on an everyday level where they live is foremost.
