Parents, please come in to pick up your child to sign forms,
Or send your child with signed forms.*
The form is a medical release and permission.

If you absolutely can't make it on the 18th,
contact Tricia to set up a meeting
to sign the covenant.

*If you are going to sign when you pick up your child,
just show up 10 minutes early
and make sure you have your child's insurance information.
(Recommended... you'll see why below.)

If you are sending signed forms with your child,

1) Please print up two of these forms
and write the name of one activity on each:
Homeless Gear
FoCo Cafe

2) Print a separate form for this:
Highlands Camp & Retreat Center

3) And pick up a separate form for
Rocky Mountain National Park
Mission Trip Update

The cost of the overnight in Rocky Mountain National Park will be $50 (if you need a scholarship and haven't already made arrangements, St. Luke's folks contact Tricia and St. Paul's contact Jacki). Please bring a check for this amount made out to St. Paul's Church to the meeting on May 18th.

The following youth are coming to RMNP: Adrian, Adriana, Charlotte, Josh, Julia P., Livy, Michael, Rowan.

These leaders will be on the overnight: Jacki Petrino, Tricia Medlock, Logan Christiansen, Matthew Auch.

The following youth will be participating in the Fort Collins events (June 8 and 9) and/or Arts Camp (June 13-16, 9 to Noon): Cora, Emma, Julia W., Max, and the others listed above.

We will send a full, updated schedule as the trip gets closer. 
Note: Phones in the Mountains

Cell phones do not work at Highlands Camp & Retreat Center. Please give relatives or friends, who may need to contact you during your stay, our number: 303-747-2888.

We will gladly give you messages when the office is open. For after hours emergencies, callers are directed to staff members' phone numbers to call so that we may bring you a message no matter what time of day or night.

There is a phone in our lobby for guests to use for local and long-distance calling within the United States at no additional charge.
