Upcoming Weekend Detours Oct. 24-26

Texas Book Fest Detours, 10/24-26

Due to the Texas Book Festival this weekend, 10th and 11th Streets from Lavaca to San Jacinto will be affected on October 24-26, from 5:30 p.m. Friday until end of service on Sunday.

The following routes will be detoured: 2, 6, 7, 10, 19, 20, 37, 171, 410, 411, 485 and 935.

Light the Night Walk Detours, 10/25

Due to the Light the Night Walk event on October 25, 2014, the Mueller, Aldrich and Airport Blvd area will be affected from about 3:30 to 9 p.m.

The following routes will be detoured: 37 (NB).

Run for the Water Detours, 10/26

Due to the Run for the Water event on Sunday, October 26, 2014, the S.1st Bridge, Cesar Chavez, Lake Austin and Exposition area will be affected from start of service until 12 p.m. noon.

The following routes will be detoured: 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 30, 801 and 803.

Capital Metro would like to remind riders: Please catch your bus at any official Capital Metro bus stop while the route is on detour, alert your bus operator by waving as the vehicle approaches and prior to boarding, confirm route name and number by checking the digital marquee.
