There is great advancement on ISIS territory....yes...and they get the credit....yes....but the focus right now....give me Mosul for the love of God....concentrate on Mosul....push forwards Mosul....go in and get ISIS's stronghold in Mosul....all forces get past Ragga.....hey by the way...we did that already....oh excuse me....once again...when you have the time Kurds get in here and deal with Mosul.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - Speaking at the Kurdistan Regional Government's unveiling of its three-year economic reform plan on Monday Lise Grande, the UN's Deputy Special Representative in Iraq, said that the KRG's reform plan is a very smart document that rationalizes and reprioritizes public expenditures.
The road map, she said, looks closely at the water sector by securing a sustainable water supply.

In the future humans will earn social credits based on a criterion of conformity and cultural participation metrics. Social budgets will be structured around scalable weightings which will be segmented into individual human measurements and moving upward into municipal weightings, state and provincial weightings, national weightings, regional economic zone weightings, and ultimately into a global governance weighting framework.
