Remember that even Troops and Packs that are not doing the prize plan need to log into the prize system for sale patches, fill it up patches, $600 prizes, and high achiever prizes. 
Are you planning on transferring product?
October 27th, 28th, and 29th
Transfers are going to be allowed in the system on October 27th, 28th, and 29th.  The transfer form will be available on our web site at www.mac-bsa.org/popcorn or you can click here.   This form will allow you to tell us what product you are transferring out of or into your unit so we can correct the popcorn system.  Please be sure only one of the units involved in the transfer enters the request.

Your district Facebook pages are a great avenue to fine units that would like to swap product.  You can find these pages on our web site under your district.

Reminders on Returns
Returns are being accepted on the following dates - 
GR / DD / OHW / TC - Tuesday, Nov 4th Round table
TB / PLS / TL / WE - Thursday, Nov 6th Round table
SE / L&C / WW - Saturday, Nov 8th Ford Storage

You can click here to let us know the returns that you are planning to bring to round table. 

Returns will be accepted up to one hour prior to round table.  All product will need to be counted, approved and signed for so all information is correct. 

Metro Area districts you will be receiving more information such as your assigned time from your district kernels.  

All returns need to be in FULL cases and in ORIGINAL boxes (opened boxes are acceptable).  No chocolate products will be accepted, this includes B (3 way premium) and V V (Chocolatey Drizzle).
 
After returns we will be redistributing product if available.  This will be after roundtables.
Sports Tin Reminder
Sports Tins Final Distribution
Please remember that if we are unable to supply your Sports Tin order from our inventory the final orders will come in mid-December.  Since these tins are special order they come to the council office for pick up.  Most customers are very understanding about this date and they will be in before Christmas!

Popcorn Ball Registration Deadline - November 6th
Has your Scout sold $1000?
Remember the deadline for registration to both Popcorn Balls is November 6th.  If you have any questions, please email us at  [email protected].  Scouts are only eligible to attend one of the Popcorn Balls - Omaha on Sunday, November 23rd OR Sioux City on Saturday, December 13th.  All Scouts will receive a medal and t-shirt at the event.

Weekly Prize - only 1 WEEK LEFT!!
We hope sales are going great for all of our Scouts!  We have weekly prize drawings here at the Council office that all Scouts are eligible for!

Fill It-Up Contest- 10/27/14 is the last drawing!

During the popcorn sale Scouts will have the chance to enter a weekly drawing for great prizes!  To enter, make a copy of the Scout's completely filled order form and either email a copy to [email protected], fax it (402-431-0444) or drop it off at the Scout Center (12401 West Maple Road).  The previous weeks order forms must be in the office by 9:00 a.m. Monday to qualify for that week's drawing.

 

Online Order Contest- 10/27/14 is our last drawing!!

Scouts who sell $50 or more each week online will be entered into a weekly drawing.  To enter all a Scout needs to do is sell $50 or more in popcorn online.  For every additional $50 sold online, the Scout will get an additional name in the drawing.

You could win the below right - if you email (326popcorn), fax (402-431-0444) or drop off (12401 W Maple Dr.) your order sheet completely filled out!  This week's drawing includes a red hiking back pack and carabineer mug.  Your filled up sheet needs to be at the council office by 9 a.m. Monday, October 27th.











You could win the above right - if you have at least $50 of online sales.  Be sure to talk to your Popcorn Kernel about your online key code to get started! This weeks drawing is a GPS, waist pack, and a head lamp.  This drawing will be on Monday, October 27th at 9 a.m.

2014 Kick off Party - there are prizes!     

We want to remind everyone of the extra commission opportunities through Camp Masters.  First prize in each category is $1000 in bonus commission!  Second prize in each category is $500 in bonus commission!  Plus, every selling Scout in the winning units will win a $25 Walmart Gift Card!



Kick up your popcorn sales and get your Scouts excited!  And possibly win extra commission and gift cards!  How does that sound?  Camp Masters is having 3 different contests this year the Scouts can enter with their Troops or Packs.

Nebraska Experience

If a Scout sells $1500 or more of popcorn, he and a parent will be able to attend the Nebraska Experience.  We are still working with the University on details for this year's event. Once we have the information, we will get the information out to our Scouts and parents. Thank you for being patience with us.
