Less medication, more happiness. That's the general outcome often seen when youth, particularly those who are affected by ADHD, anxiety, asthma, etc., participate in yoga. Many adults practice yoga and enjoy the benefits, so perhaps we should look at providing more opportunities for youth to practice yoga. 
 
 
In January we published results from a survey of adults about their views on doping in sport. 
 
This infographic compares those results with a more recent survey of teens sharing their own views on doping, especially as it relates to the Olympics.
