Good Morning,

 

Experience counts.  The more experiences we have, the more valuable we become.

  

In business, we want people who have, not only book learning, but real work experience putting that learning to work.

  

How often, when interviewing a potential employee, we are told about all of the experience he/she has, only to dig deeper, and find out it is a lot of years doing the same thing the same way.

  

We need to take advantage of all of the opportunities to gain experience we can, not only at work, but outside, in our community, our church, social organization or whatever situation we find ourselves in. 

   

We will be much richer and more valuable because of it.
