Many people are overwhelmed by the amount of family documentation they have collected over the years as they have researched their genealogy. The problem is compounded because most people have a mix of both physical and digital documents and photos, and the collection keeps growing every day! The issue manifests most often when the "stuff" outgrows the containers where it is stored, and we have trouble quickly finding items when they are needed.
