What do you think of the just-announced transportation funding plan that is revenue-neutral and will result in delays in most state road projects?

A. Like it. We shouldn't raise any taxes to pay for road projects; repairs will just have to wait until we have the money.

B. Dislike it. If the state really is "open for business," then we need to start investing properly in our roads.
