TWO EAGLES GOLF COURSE & ACADEMY CLAIMS 2016 PGA OF TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS
Opening the PGA of British Columbia tournament season with a win in Monday's Tournament of Champions presented by SYNLawn and Rampion Enterprises Ltd. was Two Eagles Golf Course & Academy's Head Professional Dean Claggett and Club Champion Brandon Ortiz. The team shot a Best Ball score of 6-under 66 to take home the title by two strokes at the Okanagan Golf Club (Quail Course).

For their first place finish, Claggett took home the Champion cheque of $1,000, while Ortiz was awarded the amateur prize of a set of Srixon Z745 irons. Finishing two strokes back of the winning team was Kelowna Golf & Country Club's Head Professional Rob Anderson, and Club Champion James Casorso.

KAMLOOPS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB SET TO HOST TWO PGA OF BC CHAMPIONSHIPS
Boasting a field of 67 competitors in its Assistants' Championship, and 18 competitors in its Seniors' tournament, the PGA of British Columbia looks forward to heading to Kamloops Golf & Country Club to host the Championships on June 6-7, 2016.

GOLFATHON FOR ALS KICKS OFF ITS 11TH YEAR 
Now in its 11th year, the PGA of BC and the ALS Society of British Columbia are excited to see courses once again participate in the Golfathon for ALS in 2016. Throughout the month of June, members of the PGA of BC will play golf from sunrise to sunset, at courses throughout the province, to raise money for the ALS Society of BC.

Congratulations to new member Conner Kozak (Okanagan Golf Club) on earning an exemption into the inaugural GolfBC Championship, June 6-12 at Gallagher's Canyon Golf & Country Club. Kozak bested 8 other GolfBC professionals to earn the exemption into the Championship.
