Dear Valued Provider, 

Marketplace

National MedTrans Network is pleased to announce a new function within our web-based Provider Portal. The Marketplace.

The Marketplace can be found within a tab located on the homepage of the Provider Portal. The purpose of the Marketplace is to allow you to pick up additional trips beyond those assigned directly to you via the Accept/Reject Trips tab in the Provider Portal. Each day at 2:00pm, trips are loaded into the Marketplace and made available for you to take. A search engine has been made available within the Marketplace tab that allows you to filter trips by your service area (county) and mode of transportation. Trips are taken on a first-come-first-served basis. Once a trip is accepted via the Marketplace, that trip is placed into your Manifest tab and made available for the remainder of the Provider Portal processes.

We at National MedTrans Network hope you find the Marketplace a valuable tool in adding additional trip volume to your organization while aiding us in transporting our members to better health

Billing

Due to the Memorial Day Holiday, the 6/1/16 National MedTrans Network check run has been delayed. However, payment is expected to go into the mail after close of business today.

In conjunction with the Provider Portal and changes to our billing system, National MedTrans Network payments may be dispersed in multiple payments for the coming billing cycles. Please be mindful of these multiple payments prior to contacting your billing representative as you address your billing concerns.

All National MedTrans Network clients are now on the Provider Portal, with the exception of CenterLight PACE. We ask that continue to attest to trips that you perform via the Provider Portal for a timely payment. For trips performed for CenterLIght PACE members, please invoice those trips to [email protected].
