Hi Everyone,

I come to you today to share my recent findings and give you an update on the progress of the new government and how this relates towards the international rollout of the IQD for Iraq.

Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process. Please refer back to my last news letter of 10/27 (LINK) as this news letter is a continuation of this news.

Today's News

Today is Wednesday 10/29 and Iraqi progress has been moving forward but still no RV. However I am told there is a definite completion target for Oct 31st and/or the coming days ahead.

There is also rumor it may be shifting to yet another window of mid November for RV completion. So which is it? Could this all be smoke and mirrors?

What happens if the US Congress doesn't pass the IMF legislation?

Why would oil accept paper SDR's when they can trade for yuan and yuan for gold? If anything, recent Saudi moves demonstrate that they cannot be bossed around by the West...

moneytalks1 � HI Frank,   Good morning. As you know, tomorrow, Thursday, is really the last day of this window that the CBI can post up any new rate. if they don't, this will bring us into November. ..another new window..here we go again.

They won't post on a Friday because it is their holy day. They might wait till Sunday but ?

I have this funny feeling we won't see anything tomorrow-not being negative but I just feel we will have to wait a little longer.

I don't know why they don't just release the rate-but maybe it has to go through its algorithm process?    Looks like not much news today yet.   Thanks.

The transition script for the SDR Multilateral Financial System (MFS) is becoming clearer with the recent announcements of numerous banks failing stress tests.

The large list of banks which are insolvent or becoming insolvent continues to expand and the obvious nature of what has been hidden in plain site for the last 5 years will soon be brought to the surface.

The intentional scripting and planning of the transition has been kept quiet as the framework and injection points for the MFS have been developed and positioned.

[tlm724] all the more reason for the kurds to ramp up production too

[BondLady] they depend on it for each budget, would be different if they had a lot of other projects instead of mainly oil but they really don't as of now but they will in 2015

[BondLady] 2015 is a big changing point imo for their economy a huge boom coming
