Pilots "Safe Homes, Smart Parties"

"Safe Homes, Smart Parties" is a new program to help keep teens safe. Parents can pledge to provide a safe, drug and alcohol free environment for their teens. Once parents take the pledge, they can access a data-base of all those who pledged and can communicate with each other and find other "Safe Homes" for their teens to socialize at.
This program is being initally piloted at Bunnell High School.
