The CMD and CPOA Boards held a special meeting today from 2-4 p.m. to receive information and legal advice regarding the pending sale of the Lodge and Spa at Cordillera. 

We have been advised the Concerted Care Management Group (CCMG) has a contract with Behringer Harvard to purchase the Lodge and Spa at Cordillera. We do not have specific details regarding the contract. CCMG has shared their plans to create a premier health and wellness facility with mental health, substance abuse, weight management and nutrition, and other services. 

On behalf of the Boards and community, staff and legal counsel are exploring all options to maintain and enhance the community's compatibility, property values and enjoyment. We are working diligently to obtain additional information regarding the following:
