Minnesota Contemporary Quilters Meeting
August 26, 6:30 pm @Textile Center Focus: Historic Quilts Lend Inspiration. How do contemporary and historic quilts differ? What inspiration can contemporary quilters gain from historic quilts? The Minnesota Historical Society's (MHS's) quilt collection is a treasure trove of inspiration for quilt designers. Linda McShannock, textile and clothing specialist at the MHS, presents images and stories to inspire your next work.
