Wicked Taco
Wicked Taco announced on May 4, 2016 that Wicked Taco will be be adding calorie counts to menu boards. With help from an independent third party, Wicked Taco takes further steps toward helping their customers make informed, nutritional choices.
 
Further, founder Todd Townsend announced that all Wicked taco's, with the exception of the Wicked Deluxe taco, are under 500 calories. An independent third party has inspected and evaluated all components of the Wicked Taco menu, thus providing accurate nutritional information that Wicked Taco plans to list on their menu boards and website by next week to further inform customers' nutrition-minded choices.

Alexander Black House & Cultural Center
The Blacksburg Museum & Cultural Foundation continues their Spirit Tasting Series with a Bourbon Tasting on Tuesday, May 17, 6:30 p.m. at the Alexander Black House & Cultural Center, 203 Draper Rd., SW.

Taste five bourbons that can be used to make Alexander Black's favorite Kentucky drink - mint juleps. There will be an opportunity following the tastings to sample your favorite bourbon in our own mint julep recipe. Enjoy light refreshments and a chance at fun door prizes while you meet friends, new and old.
