Gearing up for next season!

Here at the Zoni's we're ramping up for our ceremony and the start of a new year of adjudication. It's exciting and a little crazy.  If you are an adjudicator OR a theater that wants to be adjudicated, here are some important deadlines:

May 15 or 16

Mandatory Adjudicator Meetings 

each adjudicator must attend ONE

 

June 1

Participating theater application deadline.

 
It's time to give a Shout Out to those who have gone above and beyond.  

Now is the time to start thinking about those you would like to honor with a special award. These include:

Deadline for all of these awards is August 15, 2016.  Online applications may be found on the ariZoni website!

IMPORTANT UPCOMING DATES
May 15, Phoenix Center for the Arts
May 16, Fountain Hills
 - Adjudicator Training/Meetings (one meeting mandatory for EVERY  adjudicator)

June 4 (10 a.m. - 1 p.m.), Wells Fargo Building, Downtown - arZoni participating theater artistic/managing directors meeting. MANY THEATERS, ONE COMMUNITY. Bringing together many voices to support theater in the valley.  Invitations were emailed and mailed. If you are an artistic or managing director of your theater and you did not receive an invite, please reply to this newsletter and let us know.


June 20 - MANDATORY meeting for participating non-contract/youth theatres

July 25 - MANDATORY meeting for contract theatres

August 1 - Reading of the nominations

August 15  - Special award applications due

September 19 - ariZoni Awards of Theatre Excellence Award Ceremony, location TBD
