Just a friendly reminder that in order to receive future payments from Multi-Material Stewardship Western, your Electronic Funds Transfer forms must be completed and submitted to   [email protected] . Once completed, your payments will come as a direct deposit. 

Please note: we will not be able to process subsequent payments until your EFT information is provided.
