Happy Gilmore is a lousy hockey player, but his slapshot translates into a 400+ yard drive in golf. Happy decides to try his hand in professional golf to make some money to save his grandmother's house from the IRS, but he really steps up his game when his rival, Shooter McGavin, purchases the house to run Happy out of pro golf.

Srinivasa Ramanujan is a self-taught genius who failed out of college due to his near-obsessive study of mathematics. G. H. Hardy, a British mathematics professor, recognizes the brilliance of Ramanujan's talent and brings him to Cambridge so that his theories can be explored. Under Hardy's guidance, Ramanujan's work evolves in ways that will revolutionize mathematics and transform how scientists explain the world.

The play is about a Protestant French pastor who takes a Jewish child into his house in order to hide him from the Nazis. The story is complicated by a Resistance fighter in love with the Pastor's wife, and a French collaborator who may see through the Pastor's subterfuge and endanger the child.
