Islandg1211:   Frank's CC last night was focused and laid everything out point by point. I agree with absolutely everything that he said.  Link to CC Notes

The Monetary Reform was spelled out in the LOI from the CBI to the IMF six months ago.

The final review scheduled in the LOI is the end of May. Combine this with Intel that the BIS and WB have signed off on the RV, along with Abadi and Biden.

The bond, loans and credit rating agreement that was started in April with Jack Lew is expected to be finalized this month.

98% of the banking reform is complete.

Abadi has stated that he has eliminated the Proxy positions, allowing him to appoint a new Gov of the CBI. The Board of Directors have already been replaced.

So, the Monetary Reform has really progressed and is falling into place.

{Baghdad} Euphrates News Member of the Committee on Economy and Investment parliamentary Najiba Najib, explained that the security and political situation in the country does not help to make a decision to delete the zeros from the currency

Once known for its billion dollar notes and hyper-inflation, Zimbabwe must be the only place in the world to have eight currencies as legal tender - none of them its own.

For the last five years most people have been using US dollars or South African rand, but pula from Botswana and British pound sterling have also been changing hands.

Zimbabwe To Print Own Version Of US Dollar

Zimbabwe abandoned its own currency in 2009 after hyperinflation made it worthless

Zimbabwe is set to print its own version of the US dollar in order to ease a cash shortage in the country.

Central bank governor John Mangudya said the cash, known as bond notes, will be backed by $200m (£140m) support from the Africa Export-Import Bank.

Poppy3  ABADI HAS GIVEN THEM CHANCE AFTER CHANCE TO DO THEIR JOB. HE HAS MORE PATIENCE THAN I EVER IMAGINED.

QUESTION WHEN DOES THE PATIENCE RUN OUT WITH THE ONES STANDING AGAINST THE PEOPLE OR IS THIS ANOTHER PLOY FOR HIM TO WEED OUT OTHERS HE HASN'T BEEN CONVINCED ARE INVOLVED WITH THE CORRUPTION.

MAYBE HE IS JUST BEING CAUTIOUS AND THOROUGH. TIME WILL TELL SOON...

HE HAS TO ACT TO BE READY FOR THE NEW RATE DURING JUNE.

I DON'T THINK THE IMF WAS JOKING AROUND WHEN THE SET THE TIME FOR REFORM TO BE IN PLACE.

Here is the main piece I will use tomorrow (sometime later in the day) - along with commentary...

Will secular parties gain upper hand in Iraq?

Read More : http://www.dinarupdates.com/showthread.php?34152-Will-secular-parties-gain-upper-hand-in-Iraq

bgg says(): NAJAF, Iraq - Islamist parties have dominated the Iraqi political scene since the first elections in 2005 after the fall of Saddam Hussein. As a reaction to their long history of being repressed under Saddam's regime - a repression that included leftist and liberal currents - those parties gained more support.

It's time for some serious dialogue with Iran about Iraq. The chaos in Baghdad, culminating in the temporary occupation of the parliament by followers of Shiite Islamist cleric Muqtada al-Sadr, is undermining the war against the Islamic State, weakening Iraq's economy, and accelerating the country's disintegration.

Without cooperation between the United States, Iran and Iraq's top Shiite cleric, Ayatollah Sistani, the crisis could very well lead to the collapse of the entire political system set up in Iraq during the temporary U.S. occupation. And that in turn could open the door to permanent occupation by the Islamic State and other violent anti-U.S. terrorist organizations.

Bits and Pieces in Dinarland Early Wednesday Evening 5-4-16

WSOMN:

DinarDiva:  Anyone what is the reasoning behind Dr. Clark's prediction of September what is he back it up with?  Also buy him saying the dong is going to riise. Significantly that could mean 1/10 of a penny increase

Evenstar:  Dinar diva....My take on Dr. Clarke...he said on Monday that they decided to significantly raise the value of the Dong in 10 days...today he posts that VND article...and underneath he says to IRAQ- SEPTEMBER??  Could he be hinting  the Dong is going first in a week now...and Iraq snt going until Sept?? I dont know???

Lontng8:  so one goes then months later another - double dipping here i come

Evenstar:  IMO nothing has been logical about this whole GCR.....maybe China is pushing the Dong to go now because they are tired of waiting??? I have no idea?
