Thank you for signing a Membership Agreement with Multi Material Stewardship Western (MMSW) and taking responsibility for your waste packaging and paper materials in accordance with the Saskatchewan government's approved Household Packaging and Paper Stewardship Program Regulations. As a member of the MMSW Program for the 2014 reporting obligation year who has signed a Membership Agreement, you are required to submit an Annual Report and pay fees based on the quantities of waste packaging and paper materials supplied into the Saskatchewan residential waste stream.  Included in the Membership Agreement are the timeframes for submitting your steward report.  As you will recall, June 30th was the deadline for stewards to report their waste packaging and paper quantities to MMSW and we are concerned that we have not yet received your report. 

If you need assistance in preparing your report, MMSW has a number of tools available for your use as well as a steward services team that can provide you with any other support you require.  The National Guidebook  and/ or the Portal User Guide are available to provide guidance on preparing and submitting steward reports.   MMSW also hosted a webinar in March of this year to provide information on preparing steward reports.  That webinar, as well as the Q&A from that session, can be viewed here.
